New Patterns in the Shop - Olive Ann Designs

I found these delightful patterns at Quilt Market and I am so excited to add them to the shop!  Olive Ann Designs are a Mother and Daughter team from Oregon.  Their sweet designs are exciting and fresh, yet easy enough for a beginner.  This pattern features rows of boutique style ruffles and instructions for every girls wardrobe staple - knit leggings!
